Inspirational Zimbabwean women honored | Business Times

Women Corporate Directors Network Zimbabwe (WCDNZ), a wing of the Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe has presented the 2024 50 most  Inspirational Women in Zimbabwe.

This is to recognise the transformational strengths that make them leaders among their peers.

Among the most inspirational women are Kuvimba Mining House Head of Corporate Affairs and public relations Tendai Madondo, Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) board chairperson Helliate Rushwaya, Dr Grace Muradzikwa from IPEC among others.

Deposit Protection Corporation (DPC) Company Secretary Kiitu Zawanda as well as the Zimbabwe Power Company secretary Nora Tsomondo were also among the honored.

Organisers say their recognition show the women exhibit an exceptional corporate commitment to diversity, inclusion, and women’s leadership in the C-Suite and boardroom. They also have a healthy financial track record. The Women Corporate Directors 2024 awards were held under the theme “Igniting, Accelerating Progress in Leadership and Value.”
