The summer transfer window is edging ever closer and the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all wasting no time getting their business done. The Gunners are closing in on the signing of Declan Rice and have taken a new interest in PSV youngster Xavi Simons. Moises Caicedo is also a target after Arsenal revived their interest from January.
However, Chelsea are also keen on Brighton star Caicedo amid their talks to sign Manuel Ugarte from Sporting CP. Many outgoings are expected this summer and Mason Mount and Mateo Kovacic are in talks with Manchester United and Man City, respectively.
United have agreed terms with Mount and must now agree a fee with Chelsea, and are also working on a deal for 20-year-old Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund. The Bayer Leverkusen defender has been linked with a move to Spurs and Bild report on a unique opt-out clause supposedly in his contract.

The Ecuadorian is expected to leave Brighton along with Alexis Mac Allister and Arsenal are also tracking his signature.
Xavi Simons boost for Arsenal
Arsenal have received a boost in their pursuit of Xavi Simons.
A report by Dutch publication Voetbal International says the 20-year-old is annoyed at manager Ruud van Nistelrooy’s controversial exit after winning the Dutch Cup.
PSG are one of several teams tracking the midfielder, although Arsenal are said to be the most interested party.
Simons is also said to have switched agents to Darren Dein, the son of former Arsenal chief David.
Man Utd told to exit Mason Mount talks
Manchester United hero Andy Cole has told the club they can do better than Mason Mount.
Personal terms talks are underway with the Chelsea midfielder, who could join for as much as £60m with a year left on his Stamford Bridge deal.

Four teams set to bid for Declan Rice
Arsenal, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Manchester City are preparing transfer bids for Declan Rice.
That is according to famed Twitter account ExWHUEmployee, who has backed up reports that Rice is not keen on a move to Germany.
Arsenal are understood to be the favourites for the deal yet Rice’s best mate Mason Mount moving to United could help their move.
It is also said that Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial could be offered in a players-plus-cash deal.
Harry Kane sets out Tottenham stance
According to reports in Spain, Harry Kane has told Tottenham he won’t sign a new contract amid interest from Real Madrid.
Despite Karim Benzema staying put at the Bernabeu, Carlo Ancelotti is desperate to sign the striker and Daniel Levy has quoted a price of £86m, AS have stated.
Real want to knock that figure down though, with Kane a free agent in 12 months’ time.
