Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” Repeats on Top of Billboard Hot 100
Kendrick Lamar and SZA’s hit single “Luther” continues atop the Billboard Hot 100 for a second consecutive week. The track, which pays homage to R&B legend Luther Vandross through a sample, has also made history by becoming the first song ever to top both the Adult R&B Airplay and Rap Airplay charts since both rankings were published.
“Luther” amassed 51 million radio airplay audience impressions, 38.7 million streams, and 4,000 sales in the U.S. from Feb. 21-27. It continues to dominate multiple charts, holding the No. 1 spot on Streaming Songs, rising to No. 3 on Radio Songs, and leading both R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay and Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay.
With its cross-genre appeal, “Luther” remains in the top 15 on Pop Airplay and previously claimed No. 1 on Rhythmic Airplay. The track’s continued success solidifies its cultural impact and further cements Lamar and SZA’s legacy as chart-topping artists.
