Christian Horner allegations are biggest threat yet to Red Bull dominance in Formula One

As team principal, he has been hugely influential in Red Bull’s rise and success. His glass-fronted office is just 10 paces from that of car designer Adrian Newey. In the early days of Red Bull, the pair would have lunch together every day. They are immensely close and Newey has been an integral figure in the design of some of the most successful cars in F1 history, including the current one. F1 is not always known for its loyalty but, if Horner was ushered out, the fear would surely be that Newey might choose to follow suit.
