Why isn’t Arsenal FC vs Atletico Madrid on TNT Sports tonight? Champions League TV schedule explained
Atletico, meanwhile, have long since made the Champions League their main focus this term, and Diego Simeone again made sweeping selection changes in LaLiga at the weekend, though still watched his fourth-place side win 2-0 against Valencia.
Why isn’t Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid on TNT Sports tonight?
Unlike Bayern Munich vs Paris Saint-Germain in the other Champions League semi-final and all the Europa League and Conference League last four second-leg ties this week, Arsenal vs Atletico Madrid will not be shown live on TNT Sports tonight.
That is as a result of the current Champions League broadcasting rights deal in the UK, as part of which Amazon Prime Video have the first pick of one match to show live on Tuesday nights up to and including the semi-finals.
Obviously at the semi-final stage there is no choice of game, with only one match per night held across Tuesday and Wednesday.

The fixture order is reversed this week, and so too is the television schedule. The deciding leg of Bayern vs PSG will be shown on TNT Sports 1 on Wednesday night.
Amazon Prime Video’s coverage of Arsenal vs Atletico begins at 6:30pm BST on Tuesday.
Amazon will continue to show a first-pick game live on Tuesday nights as part of the next Champions League broadcasting deal in the UK, which kicks in from 2027 with Paramount+ having in November won the rights in a massive deal said to be worth in excess of £1billion.
The BBC will also continue to show free-to-air highlights of the competition on Wednesday nights, as they have done this season.
As of the 2027/28 season, exclusive broadcasting rights for the Europa League and Conference League in the UK will move from TNT Sports to Sky Sports.
