Transfer news LIVE! Arsenal ‘sign’ Havertz, Rice bid; Jackson to Chelsea; Man United want Ramos; Spurs latest
The transfer window is now open and Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham are all busy on deals. The Gunners have seen an opening bid for Declan Rice rejected, and are now preparing a huge second bid, and have reportedly also seen a first offer for Kai Havertz turned down by rivals Chelsea in a busy start to the summer.
The Blues, meanwhile, have agreed personal terms with Villarreal forward Nicolas Jackson and are also working on signing a new midfielder. Brighton star Moises Caicedo is strongly linked with a number of big clubs but wants to move to Stamford Bridge, with Arsenal focused on Rice. Manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to bring in Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana, though Manchester United are also eyeing the 27-year-old.
Over at Tottenham, James Maddison and Harvey Barnes have reportedly been the subject of a double bid following Leicester’s relegation, while Dejan Kulusevski is finally set to join permanently for around £25m. United have given up on bringing Harry Kane to Old Trafford, and will instead turn their focus to Victor Osimhen, Goncalo Ramos and Rasmus Hojlund. Newcastle fail in Kulusevski bid
Newcastle have failed in a late attempt to sign Dejan Kulusevski.

But even the sway of Champions League football was not enough and Kulusevski only has eyes for Spurs.
Plus, Daniel Levy has managed to negotiate a smaller fee of £25m.

PSG push for Bernardo deal
Talking of Manchester City, PSG have made Bernardo Silva their top priority this summer.

The Blues are keen to sign a new goalkeeper this summer to compete with Kepa Arrizabalaga, with Edouard Mendy set to leave, and first held talks with Inter in April over a deal.
However, Chelsea will now move on to other targets, leaving Manchester United as favourites to sign a player expected to cost around £50million.

As exclusively revealed by Standard Sport this week, the Blues are working hard on a deal for the 21-year-old after face-to-face negotiations and an agreement over personal terms is near.
Chelsea are acting quickly to secure the Senegal international after he was targeted by both AC Milan and Aston Villa, while the calibre of clubs interested continue to increase after Jackson scored nine goals in his final eight LaLiga games of the season.
Jackson represents a cheaper option than both Napoli star Victor Osimhen and Atalanta youngster Rasmus Hojlund, who remain of interest.
