Chelsea rule out loan exits
Chelsea will refuse to let either Romelu Lukaku or Kalidou Koulibaly leave on loan this summer as they bid to get both players off their books permanently, writes Nizaar Kinsella.
Inter Milan have held talks over deals for Lukaku and Koulibaly but Chelsea have told them they want to recoup transfer fees for two players who cost them a combined ÂŁ135million.
Inter, who lost the Champions League Final against Manchester City, were pushing for loan deals due to their financial problems and have been left disappointed by that decision. They are unlikely to be able to afford permanent deals for either player.
Lukaku was keen on a return to Inter next season and has also been left disappointed.

Spurs launch ÂŁ50m double bid for Leicester duo
Tottenham have made a ÂŁ50m double bid to sign James Maddison and Harvey Barnes from Leicester.
The Mail report that Spurs have moved for the Foxes duo with the combined offer, which is expected to be swiftly rejected.
Leicester initially wanted in the region of ÂŁ60m for each of Maddison and Barnes, though their relegation means they will likely be forced to accept less.
Adarabioyo expected to leave Fulham
Tosin Adarabioyo is set to leave Fulham this summer after talks about a contract extension broke down.
The 25-year-old centre-back featured in 25 of the clubâs 38 Premier League matches this season, with Tim Ream, Issa Diop and Terence Kongolo the other centre-backs on Fulhamâs books.
Fulham extended his deal until 2024 by activating their option for an automatic extension in January. Otherwise he would have been able to leave as a free agent this summer.
However, Adarabioyo is keen to leave Fulham this summer and has attracted interest from Inter Milan already. Fulham will entertain offers this summer in a bid to avoid him leaving for free in a yearâs time.
Monaco and Rennes are also said to be keen on Adarabioyo, who was negotiating with Fulham over a potential new deal before talks broke down over personal terms.
Mbappe wants Real move
Kylian Mbappe remains keen on a move to Real Madrid, as his relationship with PSG increasingly sours.
The Frenchman has claimed he is happy at the club but has no intention of signing a new contract, suggesting he wants to leave on a free transfer next summer. PSG do not intend to let that happen.
CBS report that Real hope to bring him to Madrid and Mbappe wants that move, but it may not happen this summer. Liverpool are claimed to be more likely options than Chelsea or Man United should the forward move to England.
Bayern in for Min-jae
Bayern Munich have moved ahead of Man United in the race to sign Kim Min-jae.
Thatâs according to Sky Italia, with it reported that Bayern have been discussing a move internally, though they have not yet opened official talks with Napoli.
Itâs believed they are willing to pay the ÂŁ42million release clause, which comes into play on July 1.
Bellingham: Anyone would want to play with Mbappe
He was coy on Harry Kane but Jude Bellingham has been a bit more open in discussing Kylian Mbappe.
The Frenchman has once again fallen out with PSG and could well leave this summer, with Real Madrid favourites to sign him should he do so.
âI have seen some of the coverage on the internet and on Twitter,â Bellingham said. âIf anything that whole saga, if you like, has taught me it is not everything that you see is true. Donât take things word for word.
âI am trying to build my own opinion from what I know, but he is a great player, whatever he chooses to do all the best to him.
âWould I like to play with a player like Kylian Mbappe? Who wouldnât?â
Man United prepare latest Mount offer
Chelsea are holding out for up to ÂŁ70m for Mason Mount after Manchester United had an opening bid of ÂŁ40m rejected for the midfielder.
Manchester United are expected to return with an improved offer for Mount, who is keen a move to Old Trafford.
Mount has just one year left on his contract at Chelsea and the Blues are willing to sell him this summer so they do not risk losing him for nothing next summer.
Mauricio Pochettino had indicated he wants to keep Mount but the Argentine has seemingly been unable to exert any influence over his future amid a contract stand-off with Chelsea.

Bellingham responds to Kane rumours
Jude Bellingham has been asked about the prospect of Harry Kane joining him at Real Madrid, should the England captain leave Tottenham this summer.
âAs far as the Harry Kane rumours, I canât comment on that,â Bellingham said.
âHeâs a world class player, heâs my captain for the national team. I love him as a player and as a person. Whatever happens there happens but it is not really for me to comment about.â
Progress on Santos permit
Chelsea midfielder Andrey Santos is finalising a work permit to play in the Premier League next season, writes Nizaar Kinsella.
The 19-year-old was at the British consulate in Brazil on Wednesday to complete the relevant paperwork as he bids to link up with the Chelsea squad for the start of pre-season.
Santos joined Chelsea in a ÂŁ16million signing deal from Vasco da Gama in January but returned to the Brazilian club on loan.
He is regarded as a first-team signing and the progress on his work permit application is a boost for Chelsea.
