The highly anticipated follow up album ‘Tronics Land Series 2’ by South
African Music Awards (SAMAs) nominated DJ and Producer Mr Thela is set to be released on Friday, 17 November 2023, just in time for the festive season.

The album is a follow up to his first solo project by the same name. This was released a year ago, under his record label ‘Tronics Land’, amidst his departure from Shaya Records and dynamic duo Mshayi & Thela.

Thela burst onto the scene in 2020 at the height of lockdown. This, with a joint album titled ‘Make Cape Town Great Again.’ The album dominated charts, radio airwaves, and virtual house parties. ‘Make Cape Town Great Again’ was certified platinum by the Recording industry of South Africa (RiSA).

‘Tronics Land Series 1‘ became an instant success with hits like ‘Impempe’ and ‘Looking at my dreams.’ It has received close to 2 million streams since its release. ‘Tronics Land Series 2‘ boasts 16 tracks. The album features heavy weights such as Amapiano artist Njelic, Leehleza and Kammu Dee amongst others.

Mr Thela announces the album release at the back of his return from a 2- week tour in the United Kingdom. The UK tour saw him take on Birmingham and London.

A week ago, the DJ Producer surprised his fans with a Live in London with SKYY Vodka video on his YouTube channel. The video recorded at Daltson Roofpark in London while on tour. The ‘Live in London with SKYY Vodka‘ is said to be a taste of what he served the English. Also promising what fans and followers should expect this festive season.
